Are you licensed and insured?
We are registered as a Residential/Commercial Contractor in the State of the Rhode Island through the Contractor's Registration and Licensing Board and we actively carry liability and worker's compensation insurance.
Do you work as a General Contractor, a Subcontractor, or both?
Both; generally if we can accommodate the scope of work in-house or if the project concerns one of our primary scopes of service we will perform as General Contractor but we also regularly preform work as subcontractor.

Do you handle permits and inspections?
If our scope of work on a project requires a building permit our services include the application, communication and resolution with the relevant state, town or municipal inspection authority.

Do you work with insurance companies on claim-related repairs?
Yes. We have extensive experience working insurance claims, serving as the intermediary between you and your insurance firm — including experience with RIHousing programs.
Can you manage the full project from design to completion?
Yes we take projects from concept to completion. That may include but is not limited to consultations, drawings, and schematics, all the way through final walkthrough.

Are you union affiliated and do you perform prevailing wage work?
Yes, all of our field personnel are union members and most of our projects are subject to prevailing wage.
can you scale crew size to meet project demand?
Yes, we can leverage our union affiliation to supplement our existing field personnel to satisfy increased labor demand.
What trades and subcontractors do you have in your network?
We have regular plumbers, electricians, masons and other specialty subcontractors that we regularly and consistently work with.
